Flying PAL/Phil Air/PAL Express airbus is so very very uncomfortable!!! Airbus designs are so weird! Aside from the cramped leg space, the overhead panel is too high for the average Pinoy to reach, the air conditioning is blasting away too cold yet they have no blankets for the shivering passengers to use. (Their blankets are for sale daw), the ergonomics is poor - the back rest is too deeep. ( I actually develop lower back pain after an hour of sitting.) While on air, before they distribute the complimentary snacks, they pre-sell unhealthy foodstuff like chips and sweet cakes (no sandwiches), and it is being done during lunch time hours, also the toilet door can't close properly.
Mr. Ramon Ang doesn't care about the comfort of his passengers. Mr. Lucio Tan, please come to the rescue!!!
